Our mission is to provide homeowners and commercial property owners with a SMART plan to maximize their comfort and energy efficiency of their home while decreasing utility costs. BSHS is specialized in conducting diagnostic tests designed to determine where a structure may be losing energy through exfiltration. Our team formulates a specific scope of work with energy improvements designed to address your home or business specific needs.

We work closely with our clients  to formulate and implement the improvements identified in the audit report. This covers a wide array of improvements such as air sealing leaky areas in the home's building envelope, sealing ductwork, installing insulation (cellulose), weatherstripping doors, sheathing kneewalls, and many other improvements. The overall goal is to  improve the comfort level while lower heating and cooling costs in a home or building.
